After payment is made, which takes place instantly, order status will show "Completion". This means that the order will be handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of the group can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.

Processing and delivery of orders is carried out depending on the delivery method you have chosen. If the payment for the order received after 13:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

The refund is processed within 14 days from the date the seller receives a written statement requesting a refund and the product is returned. File an electronic application at info@coral-club.com. Be sure to fill out your first and last name, club number, order number, and the reason for returning the product- this will expedite the processing of your request.
The buyer shall pay for the return shipping of products in good condition (option DHL Paket).
When returning inadequate quality products, use the prepaid label to send the package for free.

For all purchases from the Coral Club range, we grant you a return guarantee of a total of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods), provided the goods are complete and in their original packaging and are in unused and undamaged condition.
Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The company reserves the right to refuse the return if the packaging of the goods is damaged, with the exception of goods damaged during transport due to the fault of the seller. If the item was purchased during a promotion that included a gift, the gift must be included with the return.
Our contractually granted return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and claims.
